I was a little nervous at first, because of the pain I thought was coming, but after a few visits, I realized that between staff and therapy this was the best choice I’ve made! There’s still pain, but I know it’s a good pain, the kind you have after a good workout at the gym!

I recommend select physical therapy” to anyone looking for PT. They don’t waste time on getting you back to your old physical self. I recommend asking for Michael Tandoc with a CAN DO attitude and will not let you fail. The environment is safe fun

Karla Plooster and the team at Cerritos Select Physical Therapy are the best! If you're looking for results this is the most convenient and effective place for treatment. They have modern equipment, provide the most up-to-date treatment options and are awesome people. It feels like you're among friends even while they work your body back to full strength. Select Physical Therapy and Karla Plooster is the only place I feel comfortable referring whenever a friend, co-worker or relative needs Physical therapy. Even if you aren't in the Cerritos area it's worth the drive. Thanks for always healing me! 🙏

I had been dealing with a work injury for six months before coming to Select Physical Therapy in Cerritos. I was able to get a plan to address my needs and have regained strength and more mobility. They do regular Re-evaluations to make sure the plan is working in my day-to-day routines and activities. The staff are also very helpful, courteous and fun to work with.

This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Jennifer has made the entire process exceptional. From the very first session, she took the time to explain each step of my treatment plan clearly and thoroughly. I’ve been coming here for 3 weeks. I am so grateful, I’ve seen a huge improvement with my left shoulder. Susan is fantastic. She is professional and caring. The rest of the team are great. I’ve been observing how they interact with their patients. I am so glad my doctor recommended this place for my therapy. It’s clean, the equipment works great. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is positive, a great vibe. I highly recommend Select Physical therapy of Cerritos.
